I'm unable to run this in Update Counters due to timeouts. It won't run to completion even when processing as few as 100 users at a time. Can someone provide the queries to run in phpMyAdmin? Thanks!
That utility doesn't represent just a single query or sequence of queries that you can run manually. You have to run the script. Try making the batch size really small.
