Date Format for International Users

I've tried to search this thing everywhere here but it didn't give a good one.

In members list, the months of all members' birthday are show in English. Also in registration date on every user's post.
How can I change that for other language ?
In my case it's Portuguese (pt-br) but ISO is the same as English.

Sorry if this sound stupid but it's driving me nuts.

You need to change the Locale setting in the Language Manager.

Thanks Steve, it worked perfect.

Just for the record here and this may help someone else with the same issue.
When you set the locale in language manager, you'll have to set up all the new time and dates formats used in Vb. In my case just two variables was necessary to be changed but you'll need to complete all the fields there to work good.
