    forum backup moving sever

I think I know how to backup and move my forum to new server using
phpmyadmin I have done that with phpbb but just want to make sure I won't miss any thing.

Can any body tell me exactly what options I have to choose when backing up through phpmyadmin

    Thanks

My previous host did not support ssh or telnet so that is one of the reasons I am going away what about phpmyadmin?

Also in vbulletin where should I put the new database id and password I totally forgot

          Those details go in includes/config.php

phpMyAdmin has restrictions if you are trying to move large databases.

Unless you are storing items in the file system instead of the database nothing needs to be 777.
