I was wondering how I could get the spiders to view my hidden forums that require to be a registered member? Do they already do it?

There is no way to do this without customization to the code. You should check over on vbulletin.org for custom coding support if you absolutely want this.
Please note that search engine crawlers will keep a copy of what they see in their own database, which is available for ANYONE (even those that are not on your site) to view. For example:
Google Search for "Sipder" on vbulletin.com
You will notice that almost all results it came up with has a link that says "Cached", clicking on that link Google will present you with a copy of the thread/post without user even landing on vbulletin.com. As such, visitors won't even end up on your site... let along registering or further contributing back to your site. Thus, it is strongly not recommended that you to change the permission system to allow spiders to view sections that requires registration.
Edit:
PS: I can also edit my HTTP headers to falsely identify myself as a search engine spider so I can view sections you don't want unregistered users to view, without having to register.Best Regards,
