Whats going on box?

I am wanting to change to the Pro Blue theme (link above).. But I was wondering if their is anyway I can get the 'Whats Going On' info box from the default vB theme onto the problue theme? Im guessing it would just be a template I would need to edit?

Figured I had to just revert one of my templates.
