It means if you type in www.google.com or paste http://somesite.com/adsf/asd/asdf.html, they will automatically turn into clickable links like: www.google.com and http://somesite.com/adsf/asd/asdf.html

I'm new to vbulletin. I'd like to have a module that parses for certain keywords and creates text links out of them. Does this exist?
