is this soposed to happen???

I was going into the control panel and when i click on (Forums and Moderator then i got the drop down menu then i clicked (Forums Manager)
then on the right hand side where you would click to scroll down what would happen is when i went down all of the forums would be messed up untill i stop what is the problem here??

As soon as you stop scrolling down then it will be normal.

If you have lots of forums then when scrolling through them before the page has finished loading will result in this behaviour.
