bad server response error

When trying to register a new user on our forum, using Safari on a Mac, you receive a "Safari can't open the page." error that says:

"Safari can't open the page http://www.fcp2avid.net/community/fo...p?dp=addmember. The error was: "bad server response" (NSURLErrorDomain: -1011)..."

This error only happens when trying to register a user using safari on a mac, not firefox or IE. Doesn't make sense, since the error seems to be on the server, not the browser. The error seems to happen about 50% of the time, not always, so it's hard to tell what exaclty reproduces it.

I am on a Mac Pro with Safari 3, and it worked fine.

The url you list in your post has dp=addmember, dp == wrong. it is do=addmember
