Repeat Background in more then one Direction

I am wondering how to repeat the background in more then one direction (like it says in the title). In the admin CP, and in the Standard CSS Attributes section, it says that you put a background for your page. I want to put an image there, and have it go down and across the page.

Remove the X and/or Y from repeat and it'll repeat both horizontally and vertically.

#FFFFFF url(/path/to/image/background.gif) repeat top left
