New Registrations!

Hi I have 2 matters that I like some help for.
1: i am running version 3.6.4and my issue is the new members registering.
can you tell me why only some of the new registered members are in List Users Awaiting Moderation and not all. i have to go manually to New Registrations and send the activation key individually?
2: how can I delete members on a mass? Is there a quick solution where by I click their names on the right and then hit the delete key?

1. Only users that have click on the link on the activation email will be moved to the modertion group.

2. Admin CP -> Users -> Prune/Move Users
