My Board Admin asks:
When we want to reward a user by adding a week to their subscription, I am just going into their profile and extending the expiration date on the latest transaction.
What I've noticed is when the user's original exp date arrives (like the one that was there before I granted additional time), their subscription stays active, but the inactive/active toggle switches to inactive. Does this affect anything? Is there a way it can stay active?
