White pages on website

I'm not sure if this could be in any way related to vBulletin, but I hope someone here could help me with this. I use a vBulletin login session on my site and somethimes (random times and for random users) it doesn't show the website, but a blank page. Html pages work just fine with this issue, so I guess it's somewhere related to the scripts. I've checked everything I could possibly think about together with my host, so if you have any idea what this could be, please let me know. My site is http://www.tibiacity.org.

Also when the error occurs, the forum (http://www.tibiacity.org/forum) keeps working normal. Clearing cookies solves the white page problem. Any sugestions on what I could do are welcome
