    vBulletin 3.6.8 driving me mad!

I have hit a strange phenomenon while I was working with vBulletin a few days ago that drove me to scrap my them and start afresh only to find that the problem was not my own doing after all.

Whenever I work with styles in a fresh vBulletin 3.6.8 I get to a point where vBulletin will no longer change, update or switch styles in any way shape or form. It's almost as though the forum will no longer accept or recognize any style setting changes. This include, hard refresh, logging out of forum and back in again, clearing cookies, assigning new cookie via config.php, trying new browser, trying new account, creating new style and finally clicking on a style to view forum with style from AdminCP.

As I mentioned, I have seen this bug before and this is the third time it happens. I could sure use some advice at this point.

    Have you installed any add-ons?

Enable phpinfo in the Admin CP, then provide the URL to your forums. This may help us troubleshoot this problem.

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Server Settings and Optimization Options -> Public phpinfo() Display Enabled

Change CKEditor Colors to Match Style (for 4.1.4 and above)
