    Banned!

    Hello Everybody:

I have a problem with my vBulletin forum.

It's configured with no new registers allowed, it's a private forum, but one sub-forum is readable.

The question is that when I do a "logout" the forum shows me this:

You have been banned for the following reason:
    No reason was specified.

Date the ban will be lifted: Never
And I have one of the sub-forums for public access to unregistered users...

If someone can help me, it's a great help for me.

    Thanks in advance.

    Nacho.

It sounds like you have the unregistered users group set to be a banned usergroup. Edit the settings for that group and check.

Check your Usergroup permissions and make sure that "This Usergroup is not a 'Banned' Group" is set to 'Yes' for the groups that you do NOT want banned.

        It's OK !!, many thanks...

The problem was the Spanish translation, thas is very very confuse, another administrator of the forum has the administration panel in English and has solved the problem.

        Thanks very much.
