Email on New Post not working

I have email address in the admincp on every forum for

"Email Addresses to Notify When there is a New Post"

I am not getting any emails being sent when there is a new post.

My goal is to be notified when there is a post and to let it be seen right away. Later I will review the posts and remove any that need to be removed.

Any thoughts
