OK.....
Weird attachment issue. I had a member upload an attachment, and there were no problems with the upload.
It can be seen here:
http://www.obesitydiscussion.com/for....html#post9144
It is titled LBM 8-1-2007.pdf 90kb
Now, I tried opening it while logged in as an administrator, and I got the internet explorer message asking me if I want to open or save the file, but the file it was asking me about was the wrong file! For some reason when I click on this attachment as the admin it's giving me a different file to open, not the one that my member uploaded.
Here's a screenshot of the issue:
Now, another issue, is none of my other members can open attachments for whatever reason.
They get this error message:
I checked the attachments and usergroups sections, and forum permissions in admincp and couldn't find anything that disallowed the opening of attachments. Any suggestions on where I can find out how to allow my members to see attachments?

William Wallace, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
- Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
- If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
