Signature Post Count

Could someone tell me how to allow guests and registered members to see signatures at the bottom of posts?

At the moment i get this message when trying to view signatures as a guest or member:
To view links or images in signatures your post count must be 10 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.

Could someone help?

What exactly do you have for plugins/products ? I do not think it is part of promotions or it maybe a conditional statement you have surrounded in one of the postbit templates.
