Doesnt show Animated Avatars

Help Please...
It doesnt show Animated Avatars in my forums. Ive set the option to Yes for the usergroups to have Animated Avatars.
I want the users to have animated Gif's as their avatars.

Make sure these are not larger than the largest allowed size otherwise the server will resize these and only show the first frame.
