Problem showing thread titles

Hello, well, i thought I made a mistake while coding my custom skin, cause I'm having a strange behavior.

When i click on the "view last post" button the url changes to something like this:

http://www.website.com/showthread.php?p=2193#post2193

Well, right now the title displayed in the browser looks like:

Thread Title - Website Name#post2193#post2193

I thought this would be a mistake,so i changed to the default style, but it's the same result... maybe someone can help me, you can take a live shot at anizeen.com
