Minor user tweaks

Two questions... No, three questions...

1. Where can I turn off the ability for users to put code or PHP code into a post?

2. Where is the setting for not allowing users to set their own custom titles? I'd rather the mods have that power but not the general populace.

3. Why does a user have to have a whole number for their number of posts? On another board that I'm on, I have 6337.5 posts. Does the code cut off everything after the decimal?

Okay, I think I found the answers to the first two. Apparently I have to set them in the Usergroups permissions? And go through each group to allow/disallow it for each group individually?

By default all html is disable, but you can show html and php code in a special markup box like below.

Admin Control Panel > vBulletin Options > vBulletin Options

Here you can manage the global settings of your forum, in the BBCode settings you can disable the use of certain BBCodes such as [php] [html] etc.
