OK Andy Huang I'm back to annoy you again with roughly the same question only this time, if possible, could you walk me through it only to place the bottom section of the site on my forum address
Here's my normal site
And I need everything from the blue line down at the bottom to be moved into the vbulliten site
So I'm not sure what you call the bottom section of the site, but you can view where it needs to go here

It looks like these code are what's generating that content:
There's a lot of code in there that are just comments (anything between <!-- and --> are cmments), and there are a lot of styling stuff going on. I really can't clean that up for you nor can I tell you how to fix the styling as that code is very, not even funny, messy.
