    user promotions, can supermods do it.

    Hi,

    I am trying to find out if/how a super mod can upgrade/add a usergroup to a user although they need to be under mod/super mod status.

    What I want is my super mod to be able to upgrade people to VIP status when they pay and at the moment I cant find out how.

      You would have to give them access to the Admin CP and set the appropriate Admin permissions to do this.

          Ok so I make them an admin and then do they get the same permisions as me? Not sure that is the perfect solution TBH

              Once you've added an admin they have limited admin cp access. You would have to give them admin permissions to enable more management control.
