usergroup not changing after paid subscription.

I have a paid subscription set up on my forum and is working okay.

The members are being added to the usergroup defined but there status is not changing???

I have the usergroup i wish them to show as set up to be.....

'Can override primary group title/markup' - YES

and all the other usergroups on the forum set up as....

'Can override primary group title/markup' -NO

    How can i fix this??

    Thanks.

If they are being added to the new group, then what 'status' is not being changed exactly?

Change CKEditor Colors to Match Style (for 4.1.4 and above)

The username should change colour and the rank under their name should change to 'Premium member'.

Basically their primary usergroup should change to 'Premium member'

Is this their Primary Group? Also people can set whiuch group they want to be associated with in the User CP.

And you may need to run this:

Admin CP -> Maintenance -> Update Counters -> Update User Titles and Ranks

Running the update doesn't change anything.

They are not a member of the usergroup (Premium member) until they pay for the subscription then after they have paid they are added. I then what the new usergroup (Premium member) to which they belong to show up as their primary usergroup.

Then set the subsciption to change their Primary Usergroup.

Okay I understand what I have done wrong. I had the subscription set to add them as Additional Usergroups!!

I have now changed this and am I right in thinking I'll now have to change the members who have already got a subscription manually?

Thanks for all your help Steve!

Yeah, you'll need to manually change the existing members.
