Can We Disable The Referrer field in the registration form?

People are signing up and filling in the members real name instead of their user name (Which they have no idea of how to spell it. ) thus causing them to receive an error.

Is there a way to disable this or to allow it to received any text in that field?

Admin CP --> vBulletin Options --> User Registration Options --> Set 'User Referrer' to 'No'
