XHTML Transitional

I know that vBulletin by default is XHTML transitional, but my version of vBulletin seems to have a few errors (4). Could someone please tell me how to correct them as I am trying to a achieve no errors.

Ok, you have some badly formed javascript due to your customizations. Fixing this will resolve 3 of the errors. The other one is simply a badly formed table with tags in the wrong places.

Thanks. I'll try correcting the javascipt.

EDIT: I reverted the navBar template and I still have 2 errors. I haven't edited much else except for the header and footer.

Ok, now there's one onClick error. Could someone tell me how to fix this.
