Last post by date stamp.

When you are at the main page of the forum, in the "Last Post By" column,
you have the info there.

Example:
StumbleUpon Launches a New...
by BuzzStPoint Yesterday 08:12 AM


In a seperate theme I added and modded out, there is no date stamp so it looks like:

StumbleUpon Launches a New...
by BuzzStPoint


How do I get the date stamp there?
