Banned Template?

Hi,

I want to add an image (its a swf) to the banned template or file so when a banned user logs in he / she will see the image.

How do I go about this ?

Which template or file would I need to edit ?

You can find the phrase: nopermission_banned

And edit it, before all the code in the phrase you can add your own html code to add the flash banner
