New style not showing/working? help please!

I've made a new style for some of my forums, and changed a few colours etc in the main CSS for this new style, but despite changing the settings in the "forum manager" for each forum to the new style (under option: "Custom style for this forum"), its not showing up on the actual forums at all.

Can anyone advise why its not working?

You posted this here as well. I would advise against posting duplicate threads, it will get answered just give it a bit of time.
