Delete empty poll from merged thread

I believe one of my moderators merged a poll thread into an already existing thread and tried to remove it by deleting options, or something and what we've ended up with is this:

Now, if I try to 'Edit Poll' I get an 'Invalid Forum specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the administrator' error and apparently the poll has no pollid.

Is there anyway to get rid of it from the thread?
    Aye

It's unclear what was done exactly. Try rebuilding the thread and forum counters in that order:

Admin CP -> Maintenance -> Update Counters
Steve Machol, former vBulletin Customer Support Manager (and NOT retired!)
Change CKEditor Colors to Match Style (for 4.1.4 and above)

I've done exactly the same thing and gotten the same results.

I merged a thread with a poll into a regular thread without thinking, now the thread has a closed poll with no options or results. When I try to edit poll I get this "Invalid Forum specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the administrator".

How do I now remove all traces of this poll from the thread?

P.S. Tried Steve's suggestion and it didn't work.

Okay, fixed it by stripping the poll from that thread!
