    Automatically referring to index.php file

    HI all,
When I go to www.sitename.com/forum , the page can`t be find. If I include the index.php file (www.sitename.com/forum/index.php) then I can view my forum. I checked the log files and everything seems fine to me.
Can someone tell me why it is not referring to index.php file automatically?
    Thanks for advice

Delete the index.html or index.html file in that directory.

Change CKEditor Colors to Match Style (for 4.1.4 and above)

Steve, there is no index.html or index.htm file in that directory.

Then the only other possibility is that your server is not configured to automatically parse index.php files. You'll need to contact your host about that.
