Change language in the admin control panel

Being swedish with an admincp in the swedish language, I'm having trouble following your advice. Now I can't find where to change the language in my admincp. Can you please help me find it?

Unfortunately you cannot change Admin CP's language independently. To change language of Admin CP, you must change language on your front end as well. Scroll to bottom of any forum page (IE: forumhome, forumdisplay, showthread, etc.) and use the language selector to change the language to English, and then go to Admin CP to see it in the selected language.
