Where do i download vb in spanish i been looking for it everywhere and i cant find it?

There is no Spanish distributor, so there is no official Spanish language pack.
However, there is a user maintained 3.6.1 language pack which you can use as base, and then translate as needed. That can be found here.

After you download it, go Admin CP > Languages & Phrases > Download / Upload Languages

You can upload the xml file there, and you can upload the images via FTP if it was provided.
