Send email of all threads, not just subscribed threads?

We are running a small forum, and would like the members to have the option, via their UserCP, of receiving email notifications (or daily/weekly digests) in response to every thread, not just the ones they are subscribed to. If they could choose jusr all threads from 'this forum' or 'that forum', that would be even better. Is this possible?

They can subscribe to a Forum already. It's a built in option...

There is no option for members to sign up get emails of all new posts in a forum. There is an option in the Admin CP to enter several email addresses (no more that 255 characters in total) to receive posts for each new post in a forum. And you can set it up so Moderators get an email with every new post in the forums they moderate.
