problem with quick reply

Dear Sir,

I have changed my web hosting recently.
When I want to send a message through "Quick Reply"
in Persian language,I get this message:
"Posting Quick Reply - please Wait"
but it doesn't work.
If I send the message in English,there is no problem.

How can I solve the problem?
If the problem is from my server
in which way I can solve it.
How can it be fixed.

This is a problem with that Language Pack. I suggest contacting the author of that pack for help.
