Two sticky messages: How to move

I have two sticky messages in one forum. I would like to move the bottom message thread up above the top one.

Can't figure out how.

You need to add a reply so that it's bumped to the top.

Oh! There's no way to keep a certain sticky message at the top?

They are sorted by date.

I suppose you could poke in the database and change the date of the last post in each thread.
