    vBulletin won't "remember" collapsible options

I'm having a problem with vBulletin's collapsible menus. For some time (even before I recently upgraded to 3.6.4), it simply stopped remembering my preferences. I'll collapse something, refresh, and it'll be expanded again. Is there some way to wipe things clean, as it were? I'd very much like to get to the bottom of this. Are there any specific templates I need to make sure I've reverted?

The collapsable status is saved with cookies.
Try using a different browser and see if it works with that.

Yes, it seems to work in FireFox. What does that mean, exactly?

This means your other browser is blocking cookies.

It's remembering my collapsible preferences on this forum just fine, though.

Okay then. AFAIK this is a cookie issue. No other possibility comes to mind.

Alright. Is there any way to fix it, then? Is there any way to effectively wipe the cookie slate clean? I'm rather desperate at this point.

Try deleting all the cookies in your browser. It's possible there's a corrupt cookie that's blocking the real one.

I wish they would store the collapse status in a userfield in the database, then they would be preserved across different browsers and different machines (and when you logout, which also clears cookies).

I tried this, and it appeared to work at first. Then it worked sporadically, and now it's entirely broken again. I deleted every cookie I had, and the problem took a day, 2 days tops, to recur.

I don't have this problem on any other instance of vBulletin, either. I can't imagine that a cookie is just randomly corrupting things on this one site alone. Are any other explanations even possible?

Any other ideas, guys? This has been a problem for months and I was certain that upgrading would fix it, but no luck. I've tried everything that's been asked of me and nothing "sticks."
