How do I do HTML only for Admin & Mod

For sum reason I just can't find where I can allow HTML use for only the Admin & Moderator groups when I allow it in forum use it allows it for everyone I want to allow it only for the Staff group. How can I go about doing this. Pleas Advice.

You can't... you can only use HTML on a forum by forum basis - not on a usergroup basis.

Beware: turning HTML on for a forum on your site may allow possible hacking attempts to succeed.

Seems like Admins and Mods should be able to post HTML.
