Page Caching

Is there anything that can be done with regards to page caching to reduce the total number of page views on my message board? Our host says that our site is using more bandwidth than the other 100 or so websites on the same shared server. Our site has 50-100 users online at any given time during the day.

Or, are we just too busy and need to switch to a dedicated server?

You can deny access to your site to guests via the usergroup permissions, although with 50-100 users online you probably need to be considering moving to a new server that can handle the amount of traffic.
