CSS/Style change for standard_error_login text only?

In the standard_error_login template I would like to change the text size for this line only:

<div class="smallfont"><phrase 1="register.php?$session[sessionurl]do=signup">$vbphrase[admin_required_register]</phrase></div>

I need to make this large so people may actually read the friggin thing.

What's the best way to isolate and change this one line without making a global change to the forum ?

You could edit the admin_required_register phrase to increase the text size of the line using HTML tags.
