Where is bolding code?

This does have to do with a hack, but it's not specific to any hack. After I installed one, the newer posts are no longer bold as they were before.

I think this has to do with a template edit, but is there any way anyone can direct me to where this code is usually placed so I can troubleshoot and figure out where I've messed that up?

The list of threads are on the forumdisplay template. The actual rows are made up with the threadbits template.

You can compare your customized templates with the "view default template".
