    Reducing Private Message Fiascos

I have fond the hard way that when a user has email notification turned on for a PM, if they reply to the email that tells them there is a PM, that email goes back to me -- support @ forum.com

I need to warn members in the body of that email to not reply to the PM email notification.

How do I adjust the default copy that tells them there is an email, to warn them not to reply directly?

Do I have something set wrong for this to be happening in the first place?

All language (including email text) is in Phrases. Do a 'Search in Phrases' for the specific language you are looking for, then edit the appropriate Phrase.

Admin CP -> Languages & Phrases -> Search in Phrases

Note: To edit a phrase, place the new phrase in the available language text boxes.

You should probably tell them about it on the forum, or just make it come from donotreply @ form.com instead.

Alternatively, you can edit $vbphrase[pmreceived] phrase (though, seems like mine already says do not reply to this email...)
