    disabling link to smilies from other url's

    hello ,

    1. Is it true that if someone in another forum and another url put a smilie
    that his url is in my forum cost me my bandwidth each time somenone watch that page ?!

    2. if the answer is yes how do i prevent it ? ?

      If you mean if the smilies are hosted on another server and their posting message's using smilies that come from another url from another server the answer is no. Now if their getting the link for your smilies on your server and using them to link to other websites the answer is yes! That will use your bandwidth...
