Is there need to enable reputation setting before we can use it?

1 vBulletin Options > User Reputation Options > Enable User Reputation system "yes"
2 Usergroups > User Reputation Permissions > Can Use Reputation "yes"

hey i got answer from this dammed easy problem
go to admin panel >> user reputations options >> enable reputation
thats it!
