Install on own PC

Hi,

I am trying to install vBulletin on my PC so I can test the modifications I do before I install them on my site but I am having trouble while trying to install vBulletin.

On step 9 on the "General Settings" when I click "Proceed" I get this message.

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

You do have PHP and MySQL installed, right? You should probably post in the Server Configuration forum since this is a server issue.
