This is definitely either from bad file uploads or you aare not overwriting the original files when you upload them. Try agaun.

Well the files are definitely being overwritten, I've even removed the files and uploaded the newer ones to assure this.
I agree there must be something going on in the upload itself, but being as I'm not the only Mac user on this forum, and that I do know what I'm doing and I've tried multiple FTP programs and attempted to use both ASCII mode and the built-in Automatic modes, I don't know what more I can try.Comment

Download one of the files and send it to me. Perhaps your ftp client is changing the white space (carriage returns, etc). [email protected]Comment
