I just ran the Suspect File Versions diagnostic, and on all the files in my root folder it says "File does not contain expected contents," even though none of them have been modified, they all say they are version 3.6.4, and my forum version is 3.6.4

I just downloaded vBulletin again and re-uploaded the files - Same result.Comment

You will not get that result if the files are uploaded correctly (in ASCII mode) and you overwrite the ones on the server.Steve Machol, former vBulletin Customer Support Manager (and NOT retired!)

I have the same situation. I have switched my FTP program (Transmit) to ASCII mode and even after overwritting the original file, still receive this notice when running the diagnostic.Comment

If you have uploaded all the default vBulletin non-image files for the version you are running in ASCII mode, then you can not get that error. You could try using another FTP program, sometimes they mess up.Want to take your board beyond the standard vBulletin features?

He was asking for which files were reporting themselves as not correct on my listing.
It is essentially all of them.
I just downloaded two different FTP programs and manually set them to upload the files in ASCII mode, all three programs when automatically or manually setting the upload mode have failed to correct this.Comment
