I am trying this MKPortal out and I"ve run into some problems that I dont know if it's the vbulletin OR Mkportal. I"m trying to troubleshoot it so here I go...

WHen you log in from MkPortal, it logs you in, the forum attempts to log you in but then it goes to a Blank White page.
I have 5 members who are having this problem. I told them to clear their cookies, tmp and history but they still have the same problem. I have also reuploaded all the files both vbulletin and MkPortal.
I then tried logging in with that Cynthia name and that password, then I got the same problem. I could log in insdie MkPortal but once it took me to the Forum area it was a white blank page. Then I got an Interent error saying the page was not available.
I don't understand it at all. Can anyone give me any guidance or insight on what this could be or where I would go?
I have also reset the vbulletin cookies via Tools. and I still have the same problem.
