Change Title in forum display

May i know how do i change the title in forums separation display ( i don't know what is this name to describe) without changing the URL? Which one is/are the template(s) to edit?

That's the breadcrumb infomation, which takes its values from the forum itself. It would be very confusing for your users if you changed that value.
