attachment won't allow

I have problem in attachemnt posts, in forums.

no one can attach any thing in their posts. it says

banner.jpg:
Exceeds forum quota by 7.83 MB.

I don't know where I can increas this 7.83 to 1GB!

any help please

This is in your usergroup settings, edit it there.
