    Does the test upload work?

Admin CP -> Maintenance -> Diagnostics -> Upload

Are there any other more specific errors?

This is what I get when I used that above:

      Help
      Pertinent PHP Settings file_uploads:Onopen_basedir:Nonesafe_mode:Offupload_tmp_dir:Noneupload_max_filesize:32.00 MB
      Help
Results No errors occurred while opening the uploaded file for reading.

So the test upload works fine. Are you able to reproduce this problem yourself? Try a different image.

        Also check your storage type:

Admin CP -> Avatars -> User Picture Storage Type

If you are storing avatars in the file system, then make sure it is pointing to a writable directory.

I went on that issue and I will teach them how to fix.

This error happened with me, then that migrate from server hosting.

Go into AdminCP -> Avatar -> Type Storage User's Image -> And there, change the name of your forumpath, example: /home/leaocid/public_html/customavatars

          I hope I have helped.
